Feel free to publish your updated/fixed version of this mod, just give credit and such :) I'll also link to your mod when you finally publish it. I'm no longer playing this game (for the time being), therefore no updates.

My issue is the early game storage options are extremely gear heavy for what storage they give. Have to rush to gear production or all the resources from the wreck just chill everywhere xD

I need to get further into my new save to see how viable the smaller options are for things like workplaces or how resource balanced the bigger units are so it could turn out the bigger options are not expensive enough. Either way thank you for the mod :D

The fridge and beverage cooler bug is in main now. For anyone dealing with science 6 / construction 8 holding up your extreme storages, try out the Terminators mod. They act like bots but their skills can go to 10.

[Experimental Branch on Steam + Experimental in-game] The fridges and beverage coolers are being seen as normal storage rather than specialized for food and drinks. Could you take a look when you get a chance and see how to define/identify these as fridges and coolers? Thank you so much!

The problem with having to use colonists to build the extreme storage, is training their construction. It seems the only colonists who want to build, have low science. And by the time I can get someone with a high construction, theres nothing left to research to train their science. IF we had some sort of device like the machine learning booth, but to train colonists, that would solve this dilemma.

@Vejf, that's where colonists come in. Their Science can go to the maximum the game can give. Not bots.

How am I supposed to build extreme storage? Maximum science on bots I can get is 5, and I need 6 to build it.

Agree 100% but still a very use full mod. Kind of still makes you work to get the bigger storage units.

Interesting, never actually tried doing this. But I'm not sure. I'll look into it, but it seems this could be a .dll kind of thing. But as of now, I"m way too unfamiliar with that kind of modding.

currently you can't build a better storage over an existing one, you have to demolish it first and then build the new one.

It is possible, for example with the energy storage.
I don't know if you can add it.

A tiny 100 limit storage would be helpful for putting things like copper right next to crafting stations or flour next to cooks.
