This mod broke recently. It looks like TINationState.numArmies was removed, closest thing now is TINationState.numStandardArmies (doesn't include megafauna for the alien admin). I made the change and recompiled locally and it seems to have fixed the crash I was seeing (turns out a war I wasn't paying attention was ending, resulting in a merger).

I couldn't reproduce anything of that sort and I can't see how the code in this mod would impact it aside from causing some underlying game bug to become apparent. Sorry @Hebrux, no idea why you are getting that issue

Any update on if that bug is an issue or if it can be fixed? Love the thought of this mod but it that bug is a problem it brakes things.

Do you have a save from before you unified a country? Is there a difference with and without this mod?

This mod doesn't touch the number of nukes or armies. What other mods are you using.

You just need to click the checkbox next to the mod name in the UMM popup window.
