There are many options that can be edited in eden. Turning them off may get rid of your problems.

I am not the original programmer of this mod. I only made some edits to make it work with my mission Purchasing Power Project. The original mod has been updated since so I suggest checking it out and see if it works for you.

there is a sudden cut in the animation that breaks immersion. When the character is standing, and then go unconcious, they suddenly appear on the ground, with no falling animation. The original mod doesnt seem to have this problem

As for ACE, i do not use it, but i think you could just disable all the medical effects in the options menu.

there is no blackout in this when unconscious. And when Uncon you still have full control of AI etc.

can you make a version that has no blackout effect when you are unconscious? maybe slight blurring

can't you just go to configure addons select this addon and turn off all medical related options? Just keep the animation effects enabled.
