camp powell is one of the unfinished locations, thats why theres an invisible wall outside of it

Theres currently 4 npcs in a safezone near toronto, they come at different times in the week, so some days some of them might not be there.

for the most part, yes. Vanilla Spawn tables are being used in this map. theres a few legacy ones though that spawn off of id but not for guns, or any of the essentials
