It takes time to get ready == WRONG this is because the navgraph is not packaged with the map. Unity requires some tricks to export with the navgraph.

It's too heavy and the map's perfection is not that high. It was hard to make, but it takes a long time to get it running.

There's like three people in the world with computers powerful enough to load this, nonetheless play it at not 1 frame per second. Nothing bad with the map, just not possible to optimize on a large scale for a game like Ravenfield.
