New version with a menu and both summer and winter versions out now!
This version of the map won't be updated no longer.
Both Winter and Summer have been combined into one mod with a menu to choose between winter and summer. Spawnable cars too

A retail store section with unique shops (furniture store, computer store), trailer park, marina, mine, hospital, police station, fire station, larger and more detailed army base would all be cool!
