I figured out the reason for why the ship spawns at different depths is just because the seed changes, I did loose the original seed so the seafloor may be at different depths but should be rougly 60-80ms, ship may be deeper than expected.

no no i could see the bow and wreck slightly under the ground using noclip, i dont know ima just use different seeds and see which one is best

I guess its just because (i never post) it but sometimes i edit the shipwreck to look a bit different so maybe that messes it up

Thats strange, did you load it after you had saved the game? As in spawn it, save game and reload? Because if so then that does break it.

except it kinda does
half the wreck was gone and the bow was not visible at all after spawning it in a certain seed

it shouldn't matter since it spawns on the mrn jersey site
