You mentioned wanting to know about any observed bugs, so I'm here to tell you about a mod conflict with Turtle's L'il Fox Race (and the dragon race).
Basically when in multiplayer, having these mods together, makes biped races' heads render where a quadruped's race would be. It also makes your head turn in accordance to the quadruped player's head, so it's a funny looking rendering glitch.

@ghostcatsavage Could make it so that when you disable accessory visuals it disable area visuals. Does that sound nice to you?

I just got the Andromeda Nexus and I don't know how to turn off the huge vortex thing because its kind of lagging my pc and I cant see what I am doing even though it has really good stats

@majorinconvenience This mod is balanced around vanilla so statwise it goes better with thorium and spirit like vanilla balance based mods. For calamity I'm unsure while mod throwing weapons have rogue support I will think about what could do about adding a config that controls balance.

this mod is really neat, but the items & bosses are pretty weak compared to other mods (notably calamity)

Since it seems it affect I divide next update into two and next part will arrive after a small time. This update contain both bugfix as well as first part of true melee revamp. Updating mod will solve the issue. Have a great day everyone.

Love the mod, that "Peeper" accessory ... man is it annoying to have the noise eternally repeating and cycling so fast on the animation.

npcs like chara has different quests for any other player but can't be redeemed

It seems like it does that with Spooky Mod stuff... including Moocher staff... Seems like mod incompatibility

The Hamerohaxe with another weapon inf spawns the washing mashine pet on multiplayer

So first weapon I can say definetly is electric pin... also another bug I noticed... for multiplayer atleast... no trinket slots anywhere, i can equip it but it just doesn't appear.

Forgot to mention one more thing that the spore pouch on tiny building on grass dupe infinetly the tiny build which crashes the server... I think the same bug can be recreated in SP.

Oh man... I got some more bugs too with mp... abt additional content... Some weapons tend to dispawn server spawned npcs including accessories which do projectiles and also the tiny bank, Tiny factory, tiny store break on multiplayer... but on singleplayer they reappear.

@Latus Hmm. That means the pet base check each npc in mp. A weird bug. Will check what I can do to that. Thanks.

For some reason I try to spawn a pet from the mod, it doesn't rly worked on mp, my friend sees the pet but glitched... the pet is fixed only after both players have it.

@Z0mb1e Mostly legacy npc codebase having issues with some stuff in mp (mostly sync). With revamp would get fixed but due to our limited time until all stuff gets revamped it has been postponed and single player experience is currently priority on finishing remaining revamp stuff.

Angry Peeper for some reason just show a bright red glow instead of the actual small eyeball I think they are supposed to be? Unsure ^^

why is the mod so bugged in multiplayer most of the bosses dont work most items dont drop the pets only work for 1 person this mod needs urgent fixes

The lost girl transformation item needs fixed.
When i use it on one of my characters, it changes all my characters to lost girl.
And when i remove it, I am permanently lost girl unless i uninstall and reinstall.

Yeah, for some reason I can't die at all anymore. In multiplayer, nobody can die, and when people die they turn invisible for other players, but everyone can still walk around and damage enemies. Sometimes the HP stays at 0, and sometimes it goes into the negatives.

When will the immortality bug be fixed?
