Yes, B42 is now supported! The major version has been raised to 2.0, not simply the minor version. The details of the update are secret for now, but I hope you will enjoy it in-game! I'm also planning to further upgrade in the near future, and I expect to be able to implement your great suggestions!
Sorry, this mod has not yet started to support B42. I will eventually get around to it, but it will take a while since there are a few things I want to improve in the process. Please look forward to the B42 support as I will update the mod to make it better.
If by “spawn disable” you mean the re-spawn setting, then zombies will be spawned until the maximum number of zombies on the map is reached. In that case, if the number of days elapsed exceeds the number of days specified by the Excalipar setting, they may be spawned. However, the probability of their appearance is low, so it may be difficult to complete the Excalibar.

Nice idea. It would be fun to be able to give Excalibar certain features and have them selectable. For example, 1000 pieces of disinfectant would give it the current cure function, or 1000 logs would give it more attack power, etc! I think the blacksmithing skill will be added in Build 42, so I will see if we can do something interesting with that!

Haha, “axecalibur” is a very nice name! I'm thinking of something Gungnir-like weapon or something, but I couldn't come up with such a good name idea, but “axecalibur” might be good! ;)
In the normal setting, Excalipar can only be obtained from zombies, and it becomes unavailable when the zombie spawn is disabled. However, if EazyToFind mode is turned ON, Excalipar can be obtained at specific locations regardless of the zombie spawn.

Is what you are referring to "Holy Crowbar" correct "True Excalibar"? I don't think you need to create it since you have already obtained True Excalibar, but the recipe for its creation can be obtained from the book "Legend of Holycrawbar". Please examine the book carefully, not just read it as you normally would.

and found Excalipar (Red / Green / Blue) and skill book (Make Excaliber) in (Knox Prison)

Oh, I tried to use Mod Options to stop the general players from spawn up in MP, but then I could easily revive the spwan up as well. I'll think of a few ideas.
Okay, I thought it was an interesting idea to use it as a reward in MP. It would be difficult to have only administrators spawn up, but what about adding an option to prevent items from spawn up, and have the administrators retrieve and place items through debug mode? That way, I think we could add a non-spawn option.

Sorry, due to implementation issues, it is not possible to change the sound to OFF during an attack. If you prefer complete silence, you can mute it by deleting the corresponding sound file (ExcalibarHit.wav) in this mod's folder.
Excalipar is set up so that all colors have the same chance of being found. However, the random number function of the Zomboid I use is very biased, and the colors that are easy or hard to find vary each time depending on the save data I have....
