This mod is really nice. I like scary stuff like this. Wish that it could be more darker though or there'd be a setting for the light, that'd be nice.

I found this from parking meters final showcase mod. If you really want unnecessary scariness add parking meters shiryo mod as well. However, Blackout in and of itself has to be the scariest teardown mod to ever exist. 12/10.
