For the people who see a bare texture instead of a tank mode.
Go to the stam folder where rimworld is installed: \SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2865749753\Textures\Vehicles\M1A1

Game number: 294100
Workshop mod number: 2865749753

Remove the new textures and copy the textures from the folder (old) into the M1A1 folder

In the long run I deleted the new textures because the old ones worked well.

the bradley is historically accurate 10/10

-literally no armor at all

-just some explosives strappped to an IFV

This worked on 1.3. It was never updated.

It technically works so it says 1.4 but thats the same as if mod content appears invisible in game.

Or if, for example, you downloaded a mod to make your pawns stronger. They may indeed be stronger but cannot move. Technically the mod works.

Dont bother downloading this. If you do, at least save your game before you build the tank so you dont waste your resources. Whenever you see the white square, imagine me screaming at you saying "I told you so!".

for me it is a white square and I'm trying to play with it and every time I renable it and it still shows the white square

@Deez that would defeat the whole purpose of settling on an island. The only reason why you would settle on the island is to stop human raids that spawn at the edge of the map. It increases the amount of mech raids instead

Bradley and abrams have shitty aim in CE
Base PLA steel torrent have better targeting computer for some of its vehicles
it would be good if we had upgrades like these because the 50 cal on abrams cant hit anything on longer ranges as well as the 120mm

Slightly adjusted the stats for the vehicles.

In my opinion, these vehicles shouldn't be too well at fighting mechanoids (come on, you are trying to fight something that is basically way ahead of the tank's in term of tech). The purpose of these vehicles are only for giving the user a chance at fighting them, how they use it is up to them.

Mod won't be updated outside of the commissioner wanting changes. So no reason to ask for buffs - just DIY:

One can easily buff the Bradley's stats by changing them in the Bradley.xml in the Defs/Vehicles folder of the mod.

The stats for armor that you want to look at are:
<ArmorRating_Blunt> and <ArmorRating_Sharp>

For comparison, the Abrams has 2.15 blunt and 1.65 sharp, which isn't too bad. More often than not the Abrams deflects bullets and doesn't take crazy damage from small arms. I've set the Bradley to be slightly weaker with 2.0 blunt and 1.4 sharp. It still gets eaten alive by Mechanoids (Pikemen and the like are basically shooting AP darts anyway), but at least small arms are not going to destroy it instantly. Just remember that 1.0 is equal to 100% resistance, so 2.15 is equal to 215%

This is cool and I like it. I have to ask, however, what are the gun kits for? They appear to be copies of the very weapons that come standard. Am I missing something?

This mod needs some serious work. When the vehicles die, the explosion radius is way too large. It needs to be reduced by like 90%. The health/armor is way too low. It' ridiculous that 1 charged blaster cannon from the mechanoid robots can easily take on and kill 2 Bradley's. Also the accuracy is way too low. How is 20% accuracy ok? It should be bumped up to a minimum of 70% because the vehicles in real life are very accurate. Seriously make this mod actually good please.

Mod looks very cool, I may have found an issue.
When I try to look at the infocard for 25mm Autocannon for Bradley Fighting Vehicle, it doesn't load anything and spams the debug log. It does not do this for the M1A1 120mm main gun on the M1A1 MBT. The issue persists when I have no mods on except required ones, Combat Extended, and HugsLib (to output the debug log). The guns work fine, just the infocard breaks and I can't look at the stats.

@Bryanfran42 - Just because RimPy says it's outdated doesn't mean it won't still work. All RimPy does is check to see which game version a mod is labeled for, and since OP didn't update the mod's game version to 1.4, RimPy will show it as incompatible regardless of how the mod is actually coded.
