Report a translation problem

Though I do think it would be good to mention this new direction for the translation in the change notes or somewhere else that's visible. An average user is going to load the game and see a bunch of raw Chinese text and be hella confused.
Thanks for letting know in the comments still!
Names and Dynasties of certain characters that were previously translated are also in Chinese all of sudden
But I'm glad it's not as abandoned as it looked.
Sorry, haven't felt motivated to work on this recently. Can't give you an ETA on when I'll work on it again, so I won't get your hopes up by saying "soon" or something like that. orz
The translation, probably. Unless something funky happens in multiplayer, I don't see why it wouldn't work.
The mods themselves, no idea. You can ask on their respective pages or the Discord server.
Took a quick look at the amount of text for the mod you mentioned, and it is small enough that I'll consider it, but I can't promise or say it'll happen right away, sorry :(
I've taken a bit of a step back from working on this translation right now, and it's only still relevant because of the massive efforts done by Saltfish. So you may have to wait a while for this to happen
Sorry for taking 2+ months to respond (socializing is actually my weakness). And sorry for this being super lackluster, but basically, I dunno. It's been a long, long while since I've played CK3 and worked with the files, so my knowledge is currently very bad at best and very outdated at worst. I think being at war let you recruit them too but I don't remember much, and you may have already known/meant that.
Thanks for the great mod btw.
Is there any other way to get dummy dolls? I can't help but feel like I'm missing something. The dummy dolls are a 2400-size special mercenary group that doesn't seem to reinforce, so they probably won't last very long. 10 years is a long time to wait for another batch.
Jokes aside, a Discord server isn't something that I'm really familiar with either. So I guess if you're more knowledgeable, you can drop a comment here and apply.
Need some guys help me to manage it, since I don't know much about how to run a discord server.
I can only read and write Chinese, English and Japanese, other developers, afaik, knows no more languages than me.
BTW, as we have tons of mods, it is inevitably that some have more content than other.
Also, it's recommended to ask in pages of those mods if not related with a localization problem.
I'm not very familiar with the new features or changes, sorry! I haven’t played CK3 recently, so I haven't seen these firsthand yet. And as I only handle translations, this isn't really my realm of expertise either (I'm terrible at the game to boot!).
Saltfish, one of the devs, would likely know more and sometimes answers questions like that here (thanks Saltfish!). I don't mind if you post such questions here hoping Saltfish will see and answer, though you may get a quicker response on the relevant mod’s workshop page, which in this case I assume is Hm Invasion Expanded.
Making a video tutorial right now is a little too much work, so I made a longer written tutorial which I hope helps.
You can click on THIS LINK to go there directly, or go to the 'Discussions' tab on the top of this workshop page.
I almost never have ETAs for updates, for various reasons.
But more recently, I've decided to take a more laid back approach to how frequently I work on this translation, to avoid burning out as severely as I did last time. That does unfortunately mean updates will bounce between being frequent and times where it could be a while before I put out anything.
I know it can be frustrating to play your favorite mods and not be able to understand all the new content, nor know when the translation will be ready, but that's just the nature of the beast unfortunately.
is there any way i can fix it
i think it'd be fine if i could hide the part that shows "all court artifacts"
i remember that was a menu that could be toggled to show ship artifacts before.
is there some setting that can turn off the "all court artifacts" area in the artifact menu? it'd probably fix it.
Sure, I've turned it into a discussion because space is limited and precious on the actual description.
Here is a direct link to it for convenience:

I hope this is more or less what you were hoping for and that I didn't just completely misunderstand what you wanted.
Can you add a list of mods sorted by how much content they have?
If somewhere along the way, when adding the mods from here, your game begins to crash, then I'd wager on it instead being a RAM/VRAM issue that happens. In that case, you'd sadly have to give up on a few mods from here and only stick to, for example, with Hm Invasion + Add-on. And then try adding any other mods on top of that which you were planning to use.
This is currently unlikely to be caused by these mods or the translations directly, so I can only think of a few possible issues.
1) You are using an intel 13/14 gen CPU which may be damaged and/or unstable.
2) You have too little RAM and/or VRAM.
3) You are using too many mods which are having serious conflicts with each other.
So here's what I would try. First, try the methods I told @Shinard to try. Should be at the top of page 2 or 3 of these comments.
If that doesn't help, try reducing your mods to only the bare essentials here. In this case, Anime Core Lib, Lesbian Birth, and a relatively light content mod like Azur Lane. If that loads, keep adding your desired mods from here until they all work.
If everything you want from here works, than I'd wager you're either running out of RAM/VRAM when adding other mods or your other mods may be having serious conflicts with one of the ones here.
Load game up? Crash.
Enter map? Crash.
Create ruler? Crash.
Load game up again? Crash.
In addition to that, the Maid Universalis mod offers a nice set of new features, like teaching your children and forming the Maid Academy. It doesn't have a ton of content, but it focuses on one thing and does it really well.
The Azur Lane mod offers no downsides (like ELID), so it's also a safe one to have. While you won't get a sprawling amount of content from it when compared to Hm Invasion, it offers a decent amount of new things like new Dynasty Legacies. So it's a fun one I personally enjoy.
The Arknights mod adds Oripathy, and if you weren't a fan of ELID's addition, this might also not be to your liking. However, Arknights is essential if you plan to use the Suzuran religion mod, which does offers a wealth of content in the form of stories. Whether or not that makes it worth it depends on personal preference, but I personally love the Suzuran religion mod. (Just keep in mind it may still have a few errors, as I'm currently working on its revised translation.)
The Girls' Frontline mod doesn't currently have much content like you'd see in Hm Invasion + its add-on . Right now, the Girls' Frontline mod is mostly just for the sake of being able to have your favorite Frontline characters in-game (or if you just like their aesthetics). The introduction of ELID may be the biggest turn-off to most I'd imagine.
Regardless, these are the mods that introduce quite a lot of unique content, whether it be new gameplay, many stories, etc:
Hm Invasion + Hm Invasion add-on
Suzuran Religion
Blue Archive + Blue Archive Expanded
