You would probably need to add culture/faction key after your loc key
For example
building_culture_variants_name_cool_and_new_lzd_slann_1 -> building_culture_variants_name_cool_and_new_lzd_slann_1wh2_main_lzd_lizardmen
to solve your building name missing issue

Just want to verify- the Star Chamber bundles in all the bonuses from the Scrying Pool, right?
