About medium. Seriously though, what are you trying to find out?
(OR, you may have to do what both those groups had to do and turn off MCT [after resetting everything to default]. Yes, your mod manager will complain but it will run fine.)
I think that's because the idea is for people to use Cataph's Southern Realms or similar. I think that it's the changed startpos script that is doing what you're seeing.
Is there a way to just give them the same features as the empire? I cloned the mod and poked around with some culture settings to see if the tech was tied to that, and that doesn't seem to be the case. Is there a simple way to add those features in to make those factions a little more robust?
