I cannot see the tab to open the in-play slider on the Campaign map when I'm travelling! To be able to to see the tab I have to enter a settlement. I can use any settlement, even an enemy one, but i used to be able to see it when traveling too. (1.3.4, 1.3.5, 1.3.6)

I'll add that I downloaded previous one on Nexus, that dropped in December 2024 but got message saying "depends on Native i-1-1-1-1current version is v1.2.12.77991
Same thing for SandboxCore and Sandbox

Hi, how can i use the older version of this mod, the one before Warsails. I reverted to the old version of game, but this mod isnt compatible, and its really the only one I want.

When the garrison transfers across the sea, they will find that they don't have a ship, and then they will get stuck on the shore:steamhappy:

I got the mod to load, and the game runs fine. However, there isn't an arrow to open up the mod. I'm sure what's wrong. I used this a while back and loved it. Please help.

One of my favorite additions is the food module for removing garrison food and giving the NPCs a bonus. Lets me fix the AI having food issues without needing another mod since this one is so functional and well maintained. Thank you for your work!

Is there something broken with the latest patch? The mod worked fine for me yesterday but now it doesn't deploy the mod menu on the right part of the screen, and I can't quite figure out why. Anyone had this issue?

@Rodario Hi, sorry to hear that you experience issues. I would suggest to ensure that the dll file of Improved Garrisons is unblocked (there is a guide for this in the description on Nexus). Also make sure that you have unsubscribed from both the beta and normal version of Improved Garrisons in the Steamworkshop as this overwrites the one downloaded from the Nexus.

I was happy with this mod until the Nov 26. update. I left the game on v1.2.12 on purpose, ironically to avoid mod conflicts with the upcoming (now arrived) update.

Suddenly on trying to pass time in a settlement, the game crashes with the exception

Type: System.MissingMethodException
Message: Method not found: 'Void TaleWorlds.Core.MBInformationManager.AddQuickInformation(TaleWorlds.Localization.TextObject, Int32, TaleWorlds.Core.BasicCharacterObject, TaleWorlds.Core.Equipment, System.String)'.

So I went to grab the v1.2.12 mod version from nexus (instead of the autoupdated steam version) and with that one, the game won't start. The error just says it can't load the mod dll.

This isn't a bug in the mod, it's a game bug. The developers are... different. *

For example, yesterday I was playing and influenced a clan to switch sides. Hvalvik was on this clan's list. Suddenly I find myself with a garrison of 1400 soldiers (including the militia) in the year 1089. My city with the largest garrison was Dunglays with 650 soldiers (including the militia).

Perhaps it's the policy of transforming corsairs into garrisons; it should be enabled in Vlandia (Ospir owned the city). I'm not sure. :spiffo:

Why do I have TWO Improved Garrisons in my Mod list when I launch the game? It doesn't work and crashes everytime.

no idea why but my garrison at Hvalvik seems to randomly recruit 300-500 soldiers over the limit every other minute, massacring my budget, ignoring my recruit template and draining my gold

this is the only mod i use outside of RTS camera, not sure whats going so wrong with it haha

same issue as yuri frost a few comments below i think, hopefully theres a fix soon

You'll have to use the 1.2.12 version on the linked Nexus page to continue with old saves.

idk if its this mod but my garnison seem to recruit at a rate breaking the limitation of the known universe. each time i make 20 meter away from my city i get like 300 to 500 soldier in garnison greatly going over my limit and my bdget. aniway to fix this?

Mod does not work for me. When I download it, it downloads Two different versions of it - and when I try either one it fails, when I try both, it crashes the game. Not sure what's going on with it (I tried this mod with no other mod activated).

Over the past weeks I’ve been hard at work updating Improved Garrisons, fixing more than 300 errors caused by the latest beta patch. There are probably still a few bugs hiding out there, but the mod is now stable enough for a public release.

Hello there! Really like the mod you have done here and also really helpful, but is there a way to set a maximum wage for each fief for the garrison so it recruits the maximum amount? (the vanilla option to set the wage amount is really bugged and doesn't work)
P.S.: it also works with the old realms mod

there is a bug where i want to trian infantry and cavalry troops but cannnot. they only allow ranged troops.

it works nearly perfectly, but auto recruiter buys the recruits that I dont wanna, or is it just a bug because I want him to recruit custom troops?

The mod seems to be very usefull, however, I can't make it work. The recruiting party (which should collect from an imperial City Battanian soldiers) is remaining in front of the gates.
Or this mod is broken or its logic is too complex for me.
