I get it. But this mod is such a good mod with great Idea. I think giving some change
in the config or xml can perfect the mod and make it much more usable. I hope you consider it.

"i'm not sure if increasing size is good, so maybe i will stop with it on OverMax4, and only increase stats after." Yes, this is not a bug, after Stage4, i stopped with draw size. if you want, you can edit it yourself, but 12 is rly huge as is now, and don't need bigger.

Just tested this out and it doesn't seem to be effecting the drawSize past the base mod's max. Might be an issue on my side, though.

@1Z Rison , IF they don't generate this animals in C#, they are normal XML animals, IF so... you can make "infinitely" growing Mega Thrumbos and Cats yourself. this is Pure XML stuff. Just make another instances of bodyGraphicData with bigger drawSize, new lifeStageAges, and LifeStageDef's , you need 1:1:1 for each "Stage". even if you stopped making them bigger and only rising their stats, you need bodyGraphicData for EVERY stage, co just copy-paste them without editing. just look at this mod, and you are good. WARNING!!! my XML is messed up in "layout" stuff :D

@Sarg Bjornson Welp. Seeing as my own attempts at mod making are still in the beginner modders "purely xml" phase, I won't be touching configs anytime soon. Good to hear from a direct source that the things I heard about configs being hard are true.

Sooo, while you are there: obligatory VE Genetics complaint: infinitely growing Mega Thrumbos (and cats) when???!!11 Just think of the potential! ( potential work and headache to stabilise and balance such a thing I imagine...)

@polios3 thank you for your time and effort anyway. Such a mod seems like "not a lot" but without someone taking time/effort to make the idea and actually execute it (I.E you) it wouldn't be here

@1Z Rison , i have bad news for you. for now, this "growth" is fully in XML file, there are No C# code for this. you can't make mod config for XML files. (you can.... but... why??? you can just open them in notepad and edit yourself!) yes, that is my mod, one huge XML patch, that i after stage 10, created application in C++ to auto generate text from excel, what i was doing by Copy-Paste-Edit manualy :steamhappy:

A lot XDDD Generally speaking, things that are directly defined in XML are a pain to change via mod options, while things that are handled purely via code are very easy

I believe that you are doing what is right. Unlimited chicken growth is unlimited chicken growth. Lest the VE Team gets sued for false advertisement and have to serve community hours by selling fried chicken.

I'd hope one day there will be an option to configure the growth limit and the rate at which they do, but not being able to do mod configs myself yet, I don't know how much work that would be

@Daunmi if you are giving me "infinite growth" in Skill name, and then you limit it to small number, there always be me. Check my Ultimate Raids mod, to increase Raid limit points from 10k, to 100k :D
