Report a translation problem
In building_effects_junction_tables I deleted all the cap increases except Tzeentch (wh3_main_effect_agent_cap_increase_tze_cultist). Then I changed the value to 2.
Playing as Azazel the cap for cultists is now 3. (1 base, 2 from the building). If you're looking to balance it it in line with other agent capacity buildings that's where to find it. Hope this helps and thanks for the mod!
If you have the time one day, could it be possible to make it compatible with the mods "cultist expansion" please ?

Sorry for posting a link to my mod here but I wanted to share the working 'Establish Cult' mechanism for another faction than separate gods. I will delete this comment if you find it inappropriate.
I absolutly love this mod and i want to thank you for your work on it! :)
I did get cultists on Belakor, I just cant create cults with them, but I think that might be by design.
