Is it possible Kkoko, to prevent permanently the possibility to add injury to this exoskeleton slot you added? Because once in a while during a fight, this body part is injured and it causes a red error. I don't know if it's the same for Brain slot body part.

The thought of it was... that bionic neck slows down the tranfer of information and reduces consciousness that way.

Well, It was sort of an issue to me becouse it is an implant and you can have multiple of those on one part. The neck part in it self isn't that useful unless you are using Elite Bionics Framework that adds hp to the neck that way. I tried making it a sparate "body part" but that way It didn't give hp to the neck itself. Now, it is just an useless implant in the base of the mod it self. I can't find a way to make it actually replace the neck without using a separate mod to handle it or making the head disapear since the head is a sub part of the neck in the code.

Is the advanced bionic neck supposed to reduce consciousness by 15%? Seems a bit odd to give pawns something that makes them worse off and it's not exactly a replacement for a missing part as losing your neck kills you lmao.

So basicly the brain part isn't applied on the brain itself. It's applied on a "brain slot".
If you are using some mod that changes the UI of operations tab there might be a conflict with it (that it doesn't detect the new part)
Also if you found the part or bought it there is a research needed to install them "Artificial brain" and skill of 5 in medical
Other thing than that I can't really think of.
In the files everything is working fine when I tested it right now it works fine.

the pawn is vanilla he is a baseliner with brain damage and i didnt see the advanced brain on the operations tab

You had the previous way the brain was handeled and you came back to the game and there was no way to remove it or there isn't a way to add and remove it now?

so im confused on the brain? it didnt pop up on the operations so i had to just cheat it in and get rid of my advanced brain.

the brain bodypart slot is needed because if you try to replace pawn's barin the pawn dies

By the way Kkoko, I don't understand the "Brain Slot" body part added by your mod, there is already a vanilla brain body part. Other than that, nothing to report!

And if you are going to do the same for the beauty mods, I would recommend a smaller bonus off course, a beauty piece isn t a combat made piece, but that s up to you.

Hey, normally modders keep the health bonus between 10 - 25, not much more than that, depending if we are talking from normal bionics (15 maybe), up to archotechs (25)

More than that is more on the cheat mods kinda of list.

I kinda use it to avoid instakills, that s my only purpose, since you don t seem to have neck or skull body parts wouldn t make much of a difference, but if you plan in the future in including such body parts, especially in your beauty mods, I would be interested in this compatibility

I am planning to add something like "expansions" for example Combat expansion, visual expansion or production expansion that boosts according attributes
also this mod already has synthetic parts that are similiar to natural bodyparts but slightly better
Ultra parts are something like Archotech but very expensive.

also what do you mean by filter the polluton?
For that firstly i would need to better understand the 1.4 update
becouse i haven't played rimworld since 1.3
(I have only updated my mods since 1.4)

Something like expansion would take me some time, becouse i also have a other things to do.

I personally am a big fan of mods that add bionics. here are a few ideas from me:

Synthetic replacement parts- equivalent to original part in case they are lost somehow.
Craftable Archotech items
Archotech parts for the rest of the items missing.
Craftable combo parts- ability to craft the left and right into one part to install or just direct craft both to install at once.
Lung implant/replacement that can help filter the pollution of 1.4/biotech.
Highest tier should enhace beauty of the pawn installed to also.

If i can think of any other suggestion, I'll post. Thanks for the mod!

the adrenaline sternum replacement only adds speed to the pawn. if you think that it should also change the need for sleep, i can do that.

now only adds one more tier of bionics and a ribcage replasement. Also i am working on more stuff like brain implants, visible textures (example eyes), combat replasements, other language translations and more, feel free to give me any ideas or what should i add or change.

So, out of curiosity, what sets this apart from EPOE? Based on the description, they both seem to do the same thing.
