stake launcher can only fire stakes, jack o'lantern cannon can only fire jack o'lanterns. yet both of them spawn with rockets, and so are effectively no weapon for a minute
holy water, unholy water, and blood water aren't necessarily weapons and using them is not really on the table imo. also they don't get deleted when the next weapon shows up
i think the best thing for this mod would be to add a config that lets you flag individual weapon as being allowed or disallowed from the randomizer. it's already pretty fun and i enjoyed using a bunch of weapons i don't usually see but there are a handful that are just too much of a chore to deal with
