@big fella I checked the mod. As for your question, I don't think is the case. From what I gathered, if you use this hair you'll get helmet versions even if the hat is invisible (the slots appear to be correct). I can't think of a solution for this, since I would have to mess with coding that I don't have much experience. This looks like a problem that could be fixed by author of Fluffy Hair, if he ever does I'll consider updating my mod.

Is it possible that because the "hide hat" item that gets generated is worn in a different slot that helmets/hats etc are? I'm not well versed on how Fluffy Hair works.

@big fella Strange, I remember adjusting the mod to work with Fluffy Hair (this is already listed as required). I never encountered any problems. That being said, I never use a "transmog mod" or even heard of it, so I'm afraid I can't do much.

Would be cool if this hairstyle worked with hats like how Fluffy hair does for the vanilla hairstyles. Using a transmog mod and hiding a helmet messes it up, since you're "wearing" the hidden item.

@jssczarco31 I think this is a custom face texture created by Eki (original mod author). I got good results using a facial hairstlye called "Maxwell218" from Harry's Hair, I suggest using it.

@Fear After trying this again today for a long time, I couldn't figure it out why you can't select this hairstyle for females. In the future if I'm able to solve this, I'll update the mod. Sorry.

It would be nice if you could use the hair on the woman too
