Nevermind, it triggered.

One issue I do have though is that the fantasy armies have way too many troops, to the point that it just becomes map painting for them, maybe try and set them to have less event troops or make that a setting you can turn on.

I think the mod might be slightly bugged because I have been playing for over a century and they haven't appeared, is it fixed to a set date or something?

Seems interesting but I can't get it to trigger, maybe you could add a gamerule for when it triggers or give us the event tag so that we can use commands to trigger it early?

Is the event supposed to launch right away or is there a random time limit? So far even with the mod checked it seems to be just regular CK2.

Well, I kinda wanted to make a compatibility patches to global mods like agot, but I can't find time for this. If someone wants to do it - you have my blessings.
As for ruler designer and random spawns - well, I may eventually see what I can do.

Are there any plans on expanding on the ruler designer options? I really love the opportunity to fill the world with fantasy races, but for my own character i'd like to have some variation (i only tired the elves so other races may have some more options)
Additionally I'd like to ask if there is any option (in the future) where i can use this with overhauls like agot? It already works in a way (it doesnt crash) but populating the world with normal and random spawns would be more enjoyable than invasion imo.
If the answer to both questions is no or there wont be an answer at all, i'd still like to thank you for your work so far.

More curiosity than anything, using a custom world I'd made- is it possible to use just the cultures and races upon this map without the firing of events using the random world option?

I don't know if this is a question or a feedback, take of it as you will. A few days ago, I was playing as a Velori, I realized I am not getting a special unit. But the Dameri gets theirs. The building list suggests I have to invade a jungle area to get mine. But I doubt if it'll just be the war elephants because I currently set my capital in the desert & I can recruit camel riders. I guess I want to know if the nomad factions such as the Velori & the Oruk Gar gets have special units?

Love this mod! Just one small issue: the High Elves always spawn as catholics in stead of having their own religion. In the files I see that there is in fact a religion for them, but it doesn't seem to be implemented in the game.

Hmm... I just got back after like 6 month, but I've just tried out playing as the Oruk Gar. Has this mod been updated? If so, my comment here can be ignored.

So my 1st time playing as Oruk Gar, their Temple is just a generic Catholic chapel. Maybe a picture was missing?

i put the invasions on immediate yet none of the said armies came? is this a bug? i've hat this a few times already. If you know how to fix this, please comment.

playing with HIP, the fantasy empires are immediately destroyed after the fantasy races finish the initial invasion. Is this normal, or is it likely because of HIP? This seems to be happening right after the AI emperor forms a kingdom title btw

I forgot to mention some stuff.
-Alexander bloodline
I get the event a few times. Not sure if you plan to make custom bloodlines for your races, or you want these foreign races to be able to claim Alexander bloodline.
-Nagrathi; tribal or feudal?
So far in my game, the Nagrathi are either wiped out or became protectorate of the High Elves. Whenever I check on them, I see that pretty much all of their holdings are stuck at tribal, except for their original capital that they'll eventually lose to the High Elves. Maybe, they need some buff so they can form their Scandinavian empire?

the first time everything started up normally, the invasions of the conquest began. in subsequent times, all races except orcs appeared and immediately became landless vassals

They've lost their magic during the escape feom their world, and they going to have some nice artifacts from their homeworld once I add them in future updates.

Another couple questions though: Do these newcomers from another world bring any magic abilities or the like with them, or was that lost (or at least weakened) to them upon coming into our world? And do they bring any, well, fantasy-ish stuff with them? And by that I mean fantastical stuff like armors and weapons made of stuff like mitril, adamantite, ebony or malachite - stuff made from materials and the like that aren't found in our world and so persumably would become all the more prized now that thye've left their old world behind?

That's probably because dwarfs using Norse portrait for childrens, so you probably need this portrait dlc or replace some lines in gfx file.

@Saruman, hey I just wanted to bring up an issue I noticed earlier, the Dwarves don't have a default character portrait for children in the files unlike all other races, which leads to a bunch of bugs in-game (Being unable to select and interact with them, their portrait-less character page bleeding onto other characters, etc.). I've tried to remedy the problem by copying and renaming one of the other .tga files but to no avail, could you please look into this issue? Thank you in advance and have a good day.

I'm currently working on special melting pots cultures for a future update, and yes, humans and non-humans can have offsprings who will be either human or non-human.

An interesting mod. I'll have to try it out as soon as time permits :3. Two questions however:
- Will this mod receive any more updates?
- Can humans and non-humans in this mod have offspring? At least, from other comments here it does sound like they don't have halfs if they do, in which case I would assume the 'Dominant Species Gene' trope is at work here, or that it's simply a coin toss between the father and mother's races when it happens...

AI behaviour from my Nagrathi run.
Orks, dark dwarfs & nomad elves stormed Asia. They all became Chinese tributary states. The Muslims got pushed into Africa. The Cathrians moved up to Spain & stuck there. High Elves went on a rampage, wiped the dwarfs & make the Nagrathi a tributary state. The Nagrathi conquered Scandinavia before got turned tribute. I broke away & raided so hard Kaine heresy became mainstream.
