Everyone asking for B42 support:
This mod isn`t necessary anymore as Build 42 includes basements natively aka vanilla.

It has been working for me. Heads up to all, If you use the debug or cheat menu, and while in your basement, use the fly up cheat. You will be on the roof of your basement, and for me, there was a generator on the roof, just needed gas and hocked up. It will power your basement just like normal. A side note to anyone using this with the Week One mod, this works perfect if you let the bombs drop, at least for me on my first time using these mods together.

People saying b42 already has basements. Well, but you can craft a basement inside a basement, you can just make a basement practically everywhere and the requirements aren't so expensive. Specially in convination with desolation mods that makes you unable to live at ground level. This mod always has been amazing and it will continue to be it

Everytime i exit the smallest basement, I hover over the entrance like 5 stories high, and fall to my death.
Doesnt happen to medium and large, but consistently happens with small ones

Got my character stuck in limbo 3 freaking times now when exiting basement.
Good thing there's a debug mod so i safely teleported my character

it is not redundant, this mod still useful even in b42. i;m truly waiting this mod for b42. just like Misericord1a say, i too use it inside my car rv.

okay obviously since b42 has basements this is redundant for that, but its still fine for the b41 update that is still stable, right?

If you want to do a basement in a basement in b42 Albion has a mod to extend them, and add them, and is working on additional levels down I believe.

im playing with a friend and neither of us have this mod we used it on a server a long time ago but have both uninstalled all zomboid stuff and reinstalled but this mod has an error saying client doesnt have but neither of us have this mod and cant find it by name or id in all the server files plz help if possible im out of ideas

I wanted say to basemtns don't spawn on map and for some reason building them do not take my materials

If this mod will get its update, I would literally install a basement in my basement because this is by far one of the best mods out there. (I missed my car with portable basement in it)

Indeed. I can see this mod transitioning into a collection of new basements that the game can pull from as well as static basements in certain buildings.
