Found a bug, in the absorb_trait.txt file line 400, 404, 525, 526, 602, 605. You have the trait id as "robusty" when instead it should be "robust". Also, noticed this has been updated recently. Any plans on new content?

@Conquistador I loaded up the game and had a kid between a hereditas user and a pristine first kid had both, I think you just had bad rng my friend

@Conquistador no their isnt, that sounds like a bug Ill check it out the bloodlines should be allowed to both be inherited they wont always as the chance for inheritance when only one has the blood is like 80-90 percent, have you just not had enough kids or are none of them inheriting ill check.also when you absorb a person their is only the chance you get the pristine blood 50% i believe the same with sun a little different with grey,

Okay, I'm trying to figure out how to get multiple bloodlines on one character. I recently absorbed a pristine bloodline person with the genius trait but I only got the genius trait from them. After that, I married someone else from the pristine bloodline but my children with them only have the pristine bloodline. Is there a specific way I can get their bloodline in addition to the hereditas?

ok then once you have a trait bloodline you can get another one of the traits to double up, you cant make another bloodline but its still good, after that you can aim for getting pristine or sun or grey as they further upgrade your eyes, and once you have the eyes of another bloodline you can absorb those and then get the final ascended version of the hereditas, in total theirs i believe 4 ck2 bloodlines for congenital traits strong pretty genius and lefthanded

the hereditas blood, then you get a decision once you have the traits to refine them into your blood to get a bloodline theirs more but I have to go when I get back ill explain better

@Conquistador Ok first you have options, in order to take traits you can use the absorb trait targeted decision againt a courtier it follows the same rules as duel sharingan in the pristine, or you can play it safe and marry someone and have kids with them if they have good congenital traits the mod allowes all of them to pass on if you have

How do I get started with this mod? I chose the hereditas bloodline in the decisions and I don't know what to do from there. How do I absorb other bloodlines?

Bloodlines could also be gotten by eating the highest level from each of the two bloodlines.

So my idea with the tiers is to add trait tiers like the other bloodlines. You start out the same but to progress to the next level you have to eat the at bloodline user of another family with a higher trait tier. Ascended eyes can be gained by eating grey blood. There could be a trait for the family head and when the head dies those a the same trait level all kill each other and the survivor inherits family head. The head can also mark certain people and the family will go out of its way to try eat them similar to the bounty system in orders of chivalry. When one eats the grey blood to get ascended eyes there could be a revenge event very similar in the end of the grey blood event chain where like 20 random bloodline users attacks in order to prevent the creation of the ascended eyes and get revenge.

I have an ascended version of the Hereditas eyes, but I'm still trying to program a trigger, like what I want to do is like they absorb the pristine blood or sun blood and that awakens their eyes maybe the ascended eyes will be different based on which blood they absorb. Any suggestions would be appreciated

@Andre42 4th: A battle between Hereditas user is actually something I've thought of but I'm not sure how to it would work, with the pristine its simply amount of users to trigger the blood moon but I don't want them to fight just to fight as the pristine blood has a reason back in naruto here their isn't other than convenience I want a reason like how you said they should kill off those who have a weaker version of their blood, But at the same time I also don't want the Ai to go on a murder spree whenever they want, the main problem is I need a trigger like the heir is weak or doesn't have certain traits And then they kill him or maybe siblings try and attack each other to steal traits each other has or to become strong as a result.

@Andrew42 1st: Yeah I noticed that they do end up disappearing so it wasn't the top of my worries but ill still try to get that working, 2nd: Atm you can absorb the other two bloodlines and have them along side the Hereditas, but if you think their is a better way or more immersive way to do this I'm open to suggestions For instance do you think I should create a combination bloodline for one or both of the others or something else? Time to make the mod isn't too much of a problem, 3rd: I don't know how I feel about making it mandatory to kill when absorbing but I can certainly make it happen, I'm also not completely sure what you mean by tiers of bloodlines, do you mean like Tier1: pirstine/sun tier2:grey? or do you mean someone absorbing the pristine should get a tier based on their eye level? or something I'm not completely understanding.

This also allows for a ton a flavor and cool events to be added like an event for revenge from the other families or battle for supremecy within the Hereditas family. It could be like if there isn't a member of the family a trait tier ahead of all others then all members in the family in the highest tier fight to the death until one remains and he/she is the head.

First the other bloodlines don't immediately when you pick the Heriditas bloodline. Also all the other bloodlines at least have some tie to Naruto which this does not. This isn't really a big problem but since you don't really interact with other bloodlines it doesn't really feel like it belongs. I suggest to center the mod around absorbing the other bloodlines to make yours stronger. Dojutsu centers around combining the bloodlines to make the strongest bloodline while this mod can reach the same goal by eating all the other bloodlines. Absorbing someone should mean killing them and trait tiers should be tied to what level of bloodline you've absorbed. Bloodlines can be absorbed by eating the highest level of bloodline from each family. It turns the gameplay loop to killing strong bloodline users but also secretly running a eugenics program to create stronger bloodline users truly embracing the evil role.
