Sure it's a shoulder pet cosmetic, but it actually somewhat fits with demo. It's not just some random cat draped around his neck or pug on his back.

One of the best pet cosmetics I've ever seen. Headcanoning this as being the offspring of the loch Ness monster, which Demo is taking care of after killing said beast.

this is something that fits demoman sorta like how Bird-Man of Aberdeen fits on most cosmetics and looks good, i enjoy having something similar to Bird-Man that's also part of demomans character :steamthumbsup:
