It's been a while but I remember two ways:
1- Find a mod that lets you pick ships (not sure if modded ships will work)
2- Use this helpful threat that explains how to transfer any ship to any race!
https://www.reddit.com/r/starbound/comments/7p384k/using_another_races_ship/
I quickly put one together, it should contain everything save for some codexes!

I have never played Frackin myself, however I have installed it and made a character using this ship. So as far as I know you are able to use this ship for Frackin, but it won't have any Frackin specific objects on it (if that is a thing)
the item names to spawn with /spawnitem:
flightsuitchest
flightsuitlegs
flightsuithead
flightsuithead2
flightsuithead3
flightsuithead4
mavericksuithead
mavericksuitchest
mavericksuitlegs

Until some one pointed out both ACCM and Xbawks do the same, I even had both listed as required items. Either works fine! I wish the required items had a section for alternatives.
I have no idea, you'll have to see how custom races are implemented on the ACCM mod.
That's something I've been wanting since I got Starbound.
It should be relatively simple too, flatten the land point and make the area unbreakable, place a ship exterior object on it that can be interacted with.
Of course this would require thought and adjustment when using teleporters to non-orbited planets, or multiplayer. But sadly that hope went out of the window when the massive ugly ship upgrades were introduced.
I am hoping the DBS ship object you can place on planets will at least satisfy that need a bit!
This DBX has something called an "Interior"
Maybe you should make one too!
The crew limit is set to 12 the moment you fully repair your ship (after the Erchius Mining Facility).
The ship does not change in size when upgrading, rather the skin changes.
Since I didn't want to stray from the original Elite:Dangerous design, and this ship mod isn't for those who want big ship builds and rather travel light!
So I forgo any upgrades and just give the max crew of 12 for those that at least want it.
Maybe to all those folk that wanted traversable ship interiors in E:D, well they can just come here, hah! Good art is still art.
Good stuff my man.
You're right! I never noticed both did the same.
Removed one from the list!
Thanx! Fixed along with some other oversights :)
I am not familiar with ship replacer mods.
If there is a better way and you have an example, I could look at it.
However it is quite easy transferring over ship files to use the ship on any race,
google or the included codex covers it quite well!
