Any news on this being updated for build 42? This is my favourite skillbook mod and I'm not a fan of stuff like CDDA books, this one is set up just right.

@Zankle, maybe change the sandbox settings ingame. and add the skills via copy and paste.

I love your mod been using it on my server for some time however after setting up a fresh server using the literacy mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2812583527&searchtext=literacy - and you mod. While i have you mod enabled i am unable to read the learn to read magazine from the literacy mod. I just wanted to give you aheads up. Unfortunately i have had to disabled it for now due to the conflict.

It won't work when we're hosting a multiplayer server from the in-game host option. Am I doing something wrong?

@Agitatio: Option to consume books will come at some point, it's on my radar as a feature as well. Good point about the walking-while-reading, heheh. I tossed that feature in knowing I'd never use it, and never really thought that hard about it at the time - this was one of my first mods. When I revisit it I will change that.

I think instead of multiplying XP gain when sitting/walking it should instead multiply read speed. Why would anyone read while walking if you get less XP by doing that? Plus, I hate to ask but, an option to consume books after fully reading them would've been fantastic.

How can I use the presets without using the = sign?

@Zankle: Apparently using "=" in a sandbox options makes it so that presets, specifically, do not work right. I will address this when I have time, as it's not the highest priority thing for me. Sorry for the inconvenience, though.

@Darth_Apnea It does not, and it should be compatible with Ultimate XP Tweaker, I considered running both myself. xD

@Zankie: I have no idea what that's about. I usually configure stuff via the in-game menus and I run multiplayer, nothing special about my mod's sandbox options vs. others, though.

Every time I save a world preset the whitelist gets changed to only include "Woodwork" and nothing else, not game breaks or nothing but it is a bit annoying.

Small world lmao - I was looking at making a mod that gave a certain (configurable) amount of level for a book when read! - Does this also include changing the book modifiers? I find they're far too high, making books a needed thing (which, I want to discourage on my server)

Seems to just give the XP in the latter half of books after my last update/overhaul, harmless but I will fix that soon.

Oh and change the multiplier to 1 to match the new defaults too, if you so desire.
