I just found an interesting glitch. While mining with a hellstone pickaxe (with infernum mode) I hit some silt with a chlorophyte vein behind it, and instamined both

How do you get "BAM" permission to modify its configs while on a server? I've gotten admin perms with the Herosadmin mod but this is the first time i've encountered this per changing a config.

if it's in the whitelist and auto mining is enabled it just makes me hit the gold ore forever and it will never drop, even using a gold pickaxe

for some reason this mod doesn't work on only gold ore anymore, have tried adding and removing gold ore from whitelist to no effect

if use this mod cause bug in server, use the ore excavator mod replace it.

I found a bug with the mod. If an ore that you can't mine with your current pickaxe power is completely encased by an ore you can mine, breaking the ore you can mine also breaks the ore you can't.
I found this bug by accident getting chlorophite pre-mechs.

Ore Excavator is a separate mod. I also doubt work on this has been discontinued.

Whatever the issue was, turning on "Direct Tile Drops" fixes it for us.

We just tried a new world and it isn't even working when she hosts her own world. It just drops only one ore. We would try with our other friends world who it was working with originally but he is not around right now.

One of my friends has been having this bug as well but only in my world. All the rest of us have been fine. She can properly mine in her world and our other friends world as well. We are running Calamity and some other QoL mods. I could send the list if it would be help but I have no idea how to replicate the bug.

in multiplayer, all my friends can mine and get all the minerals, while it doesn't let me and only gives me 1 mineral out of a vein of 10, is there any way to fix this?

Vein mining works but only gives 1 ore for the whole vein, in multiplayer the others can get all the ores in the vein but the host cannot.

As @cat_or_bread_enthusiast stated before I am only getting 1 ore when I am mining veins, it breaks all the blocks and gives a single 1. I have reset configs, reloaded, this has span across multiple playthroughs with different mods.

Selecting the Restore Defaults in the mod config should fix the whitelist issue.If you were running an older version you'll need to do that or re-add the ores manually in the whitelist (middle-mouse button + right click on the ore itself in-game).

Hey there is a bug where I'm not sure how it's triggered or happens but basically whenever I vein mine an ore vein it only give me one ore for the entire thing.

mod is awesome, but one thing i would love to see is if instead of instantly mining the whole vein you could toggle a setting so it'd quickly break all the blocks progressively like ive seen in past mods. literally no difference just that i loved the sound of all the blocks breaking lmao
