I play it occasionally. The government cracked down on the game citing it was promoting promiscuity, but I would not be surprised if it was just to help Tencent maintain its monopoly.

A1: Why not? There's also a ton of female player skins on the Workshop but not a lot of options for voices, so may as well fill the gap.
A2: Amber actually has more lines than every Qixing member and she talks about battle quite a lot, plus I'm working on something involving Amber atm, so I'll more likely than not get around to it.
