It is good to pack your PBO files with Addon Builder in Arma3 Tools. It automatically creates a $PREFIX$ file in your pbo folder. I have had trouble with some mods being signed because I didn't use Addon Builder & was missing the $PREFIX$ file. The video below shows how to use it.

@bannanadan some people dont let you repack their mods. You can do it, but they can report it to steam & your mod gets taken down :(

@bannanadan appreciate the fast response. I am not sure why the keys didnt upload to steam, but there is only one bikey which is modsign_sws_2. The addons folder has the bisign files, these just help the server check if players have modified any files when trying to join the server.

I just read some of your notes & if you have repacked pbos, you will need to sign them with your key. They wont pass if you have repacked & used the original modders key. It is because the pbo is a different size to the bisign file & the server thinks you have modified the pbo.

You can delete the bisign files & resign them using your key. Arma3 tools wiil create new bisign files that are assigned to your key. Love your map, looking forward to putting up a server with it.

They keys are in the addons folder, but looks like I might need to copy the bikey files then. Will try fix in next update.

Hi, great map. You are missing 2 keys in the server kays folder. One is the key to MBG Buildings 2, the other I have no idea what it is. l4z0r_FHWA_signs.pbo?

Any chance that the big satellite dishes can become editor-placable? They're much better than the ones in the only other mod I know to have objects like that.

I've added the two other mod keys into the server backend but the signature mismatch is still occurring I am afraid.

...or if those of you want to get up and running right away, use the mods from the credits to grab the keys and include them with your server (it goes in the keys folder)

you are correct about someone else's pbo, but you can include their keys (this is the reason for their errors they are getting)

I can't re-sign someone else's pbo is the only problem. I'm not saying it's on your end but my tools are showing good.

Hey bud.
I've gone through a complete re-install of the map on my server backend and my personal client and the issue persists. This I am afraid isn't an issue on my end here.
I like the terrain you've created and it works well for my units current needs, but the signature mismatch is an issue for all my players.

For me it's showing all signed in the tools. I'm guessing your error is b/c I have repacked some pbo's with other signature.

If signatures are turned on then it isn't loadable, so it does effectively affect it.

You don't actually have to have cup, you just get a few error messages that you can dismiss and nothing in the terrain is affected because it's only from the radio dish. Let me know if this works.

I'm not sure why you wouldn't have compatibility with one of the main terrain mods on ArmA3. It just seems like a terrible choice.

Vehicles have not been driving over bridges since the very first version of the map. I just forgot to write about it. it is corrected somewhere in the map itself. the technician simply drives onto the bridge and stands up (as if hanging in the air)

I changed the version of your island on the dedicated server to the previous one and the lags were gone. began to play as it was normal and good fps. So for now we will play on the old version)

I'm looking to decrease the cell size, going down from 10 the next step down is a cell size of 5 as no other combinations will work in between. In testing seeing much better terrain detail so you guys are going to like it. For comparison, altis is a cell size of 7.5, so we're going to be more detailed then altis. However there will be a slight drop in fps, maybe 5-10%. Once you see the results you won't want to go back. As long as your hardware is relatively new you should be fine. The town areas seem to be unaffected.

we are happy with that card. few trees, mountains, river, small towns = good fps. there are a few wishes if you will do more or edit this one: do not make very high mountains. AI can't climb them with vehicles. if you made the same map approximately (to your taste) but 15x15 km and with the ocean or sea on one side, or it would be great. I did some looking into the 15, but it would have to be a whole new terrain (with some migration possible). Are you guys happy with this one or would you prefer going to a new map?

it's not about the comments. you go to the arma and see how many servers there are with your map of the area. The CUP is poorly updated and has a bunch of bugs, as well as a bunch of crooked houses in which it still breaks its legs and sucks in the texture. Look at the islands: TEMBELAN, COLOMBIA, bozcaada and you will see that there are enough objects in the arma to fill the place "above the roof"

PLEASE don't get addicted to the smelly garbage called cup terrane. in arma 3 there are enough houses and other objects to create a map. 12 GB cup's shit no one wants to download
