I have noticed that a war hammer mele mod enables the Squiq monsters to actually swallow characters entirely is that a mechanic you could add to the Shark and T rex for example
It seems to be pretty weak compared to what the default Smasher is (2000 HP)
Also the corpses seem to damage anyone that walks into them

But I've found a little problem due to how you check if ACE Medical is running. You use this:
[code]if (isClass(configFile >> "CfgPatches" >> "ace_main")) then [/code]
which I guess is fine if you use the default ACE setup, with all the addons enabled.
The problem arises when you have, say, just the ACE arsenal, your mod thinks you have everything enabled, as "ace_main" is needed for just every single ACE module.
One easy way to fix it would be to change "ace_main" for "ace_medical_engine", which is the addon the other addons related to the medical system depend on.

Other dinosaurs bronto, triceratops, pteranodon, meg & sea monster, adding them in mission editor lead to game taking forever to load after clicking play button.
