I also added some mild movement on the right where the snow lays. It's hard to see but there is mild movement. I hope this file cools you guys off in the heat of the Season ♥

I just updated this. Please let me know if there's any problems. I made the background clouds move and kept the foreground clouds so there's layers :104:
