Step 1: Download A Lighter by gs_115 and Gas Can by Cheejins
Step 2: Spawn catapult and rock
Step 3: Cover rock in gasoline
Step 4: Load rock onto catapult
Step 5: Light boulder using lighter and fire
Combine with nitroglycerin for more explosive effect, just make sure not to light the gas or it'll blow up in your face. You can also download Explosive Pack by gs_115 which allows you to ignite the gas before you fire.

Loaded it with Nitroglycerine and shot it out of the sky, 10/10 would terrorise cities with it again.
