This map do not provide mini map. So it's look like on the water.

This map mod works just fine and only has a true conflict with Greenport. Load before Dirkerdam, works just fine with it, Dirkerdam doesn't actually do anything with this cell. It used to have a minor conflict with Riverwood, but Riverwood disappeared from the workshop.

I don't think it conflicts with Laconia. Adjacent cells, but not overlapping.

Ok i've been to this location now, and it's really cool. Stairs could use railings, but other than that, seems well made.

Problem is that it's OP as all hell. It's an isolated and defensible island base with literally everything you could possibly need already on-site. Including fuel pumps and a well. And no zombies anywhere nearby.

For my next playthrough I will leave this map mod out, because I can't justify making a base anywhere else while this is on my map. Haha.

i haven't actually travelled to this location yet but I don't actually think it overlaps with Riverwood, because my Map Mod Priority Order isn't detecting an overlap. I'm using both and it's not even giving me the option to prioritize this over Riverwood anyway.

Great design, sober and efficient at the same time. Great for roleplay purposes or to play a relax game with a safe base

Actually, it works ok with Riverwood. Just load this map before Riverwood and you only lose a building on the coast that Riverwood originally had in the cell.

@Rights, Cell 27x24. Only map mods I know that use that cell is North Peak & Riverwood.

@Alee i make a quick and dirty speed run and you still die when you jump down from the lighthouse :D
