I think its too small and in general just doesn't look too good, I'm pretty sure I've seen a lot of effects that are petals around the mercs head and they don't work, they are easily obscured by hats and they just don't look right no matter how you do it

Considering that this is a flower themed effect, i think there should be more vibrant color in the petals. But don't get out of hand when doing so.
