@miao I can recommend downloading "Goki's things", which gives you the ability to have randomly assigned "champion" variants of enemies that have a few randomly selected perks that are pretty similar to the player perks. You can choose which ones and how many can be selected per enemy, and I've been really enjoying that mod. It's an outdated mod but as far as I can see it still functions perfectly fine.
