in attempting to refine my game I've removed the mod this relied upon. apologies for the inconvenience.

is anyone else having an issue where the void militia unit gets stuck going up and down after doing the shockwave attack at the start of the fight? I have to disable shields and add a platform to start the fight entirely.

Dude, that boss fight looked sick! Got goose bumps just watching it! So used to just experiencing FU, that I wasn't even aware that boss fights could be this epic.

I'll def be checking this out on my next playthrough.

@Professor Terraria Penguin Kind of for a future update but also neither. You'll notice what the description is talking about if you stay on an elemental planet from Voided (Voltage or Toxic Wasteland) for long enough, especially as I add more planets to explore.

In toxicutions desc. it says it attracts higher beings. Is this for a future update or does make bosses stronger? Good mod though.

Does your mod add new Crops?
Does your mod add new Farm Beasts?
Does your mod add new Roles for Crew Members?
Does your mod have a wiki?

@Leonard You can install Voided and Extended Story together at the moment to fill in content that Voided doesn't have yet. In the future, playing them together will be mostly redundant, but I don't expect anything to break.

I'm confused. If Voided is an overhaul, is there any reason to play it with Extended Story? I'm worried abount redundant content at a later point, especially with reintroduced planets. Will ES break/become incompatible when you change specific things in future updates?

@Leonard Yes and no. I plan on reintroducing the Raging Inferno, Permafrost, and Supervoid planets in Voided, with reworks of course. I may also add a secret sixth planet depending on numerous circumstances such as time and whether or not I have interest in the project afterwards. Two planets that I will definitely not be reintroducing are the Forgotten and Halloween planets. I consider those to be outside the scope of Voided.

Btw, I was wondering if Voided will eventually reintroduce old planets from ES besides Toxic Wasteland and Voltage. And if so, will it remain compatible with ES?

Ah cool, I don’t mind challenges that way. It’s more I just worried about story conflicts haha. Cool can’t wait to play!

@supergamingman22 Voided is compatible with Extended Story, so expect no technical issues. However, due to the two mods being balanced differently, playing through both mods at once won't exactly be a smooth experience.

i saw on expanded story that this is a rework. If i have both of these mods will there be continuity issues?

@Leonard ES doesn't conflict with BYOS, it conflicts with FU's new SAIL UI because it adds missions that are inaccessible through FU's SAIL UI. Voided's missions cannot be accessed through the mission menu, so it does not conflict with the new UI.

Does this conflict using BYOS Sail with Frackin' Universe? In ES, it was mentioned that you cannot see the new bosses if using BYOS. Is that the case for this mod too?

this mod is just... amazing. the dungeon experiences are so immersive and curious and the boss fights so unique, the weapons so fun and the planets holding unique mechanics to really make the experience of exploring them stand out beyond what they contain, it's just sublime!

just wanted to share my appreciation for seeing this remake's updates compared to the original extended story, as i've followed these mods for awhile now :)

@newt546 I didn't really think to add a separate Discord for Voided. However, I do have a Discord for Extended Story (https://discord.gg/k768maU) , and I do use it to post updates to Voided. Maybe I'll convert it to a more general server for my mods when I get the chance.
