Just open cheat mod directory on your PC, for me its C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\400750\2514036889\resource\set\dynamic_campaign
Then you see dcg_*conquest difficulty level* files, you must open file with the difficulty level which you're playing. Open it with a text editor, such as windows notepad or notepad++.
Then find line "{Base "0:0,300:50,450:55,600:60"}" it's time values
You need change only what I wrote above in quotes on "{Base "0:0,1200:50,1350:55,1500:60"}".
That's all just save the file and try to play the game.
But remember if cheat mod gets update, you'll have to do everything all over again. If something breaks and your game or cheat mod stops working at some point, unsubscribe from the cheat mod and subscribe again.
