Someone please correct me if I'm wrong but didn't this mod enable it so AI controlled Karl had to fight the separatists like players would? I loved it cuz it was one of the only chances I've seen so Karl may be wiped out otherwise and seems to single handedly bring about the Ordertide

hello! I am not sure if I am doing the correct thing here. I had the other version of this mod with SFO but I could not see the "army caps" option on SFO's menu. So I tried unsuscribing to that version (beta) and suscribing to this one (legacy). Now, I do see SFO's "army caps" option but no font or even any type of interaction possible on this version's menu. Any help? Thanks :)

If it stopped working recently, that means there's a script break/error in a mod of yours that recently updated. v0.9 is working fine on the newest patches

hello, I've been using this mod ever since it got released and eveerything is working fine however this morning. it ctd while loading a campaign, and my game only works find whenever i disable this mod. do you know what could tbe the problem?

No, this version is deprecated. I'll be taking it off the workshop some time soon. Don't have loads of time to mod and if I do I'd rather spend it on the maintained version of MCT rather than the version that was just here for old saves like eight months ago or whatever

Tracking down some issues now but I will point out here my focus will continue to be on v0.9, as this is Legacy I'm less concerned about spending time on it as it'll inevitably be something I close up shop on. If the mods you're using work OK with v0.9, it's highly recommended you transition to get quicker updates. Will post a fix when I have the time! Thanks!

Hearing reports from some testers that it's working fine, so it seems to be a mod that was updated and either broke scripts or just broke compatibility with this Legacy version. I'll do some investigation to see who and how. Thanks

Whenever I click on the mod options in the MCT tool ingame, the details won't show. This is after the new update.

@diegonav1997 I seem to have the same issue with this version not working and tool menu ico disappearing since the patch, even when I revert to the 2.3 version of the game. Did re-installing the game work for you?

Always when CA release a new update my mod just stop working for some reason. I always have to wait some days and reinstall the game to make it work again. The tool icon just dissapear from the menu.:steamsad:

you will sometimes see an issue of Mod A breaking Mod B or some script environment which then breaks Mod C, and when Mod C is a UI panel that runs the settings of the game it's the most obvious, but not really to blame. It continues to work fine on its own, and the new v0.9 version includes some systems to catch those breaks so MCT doesn't blow up. It's really not helpful to get that little information on top of the blame

At the least, if you can send me a script log (need script debug activator enabled) and !vandy_log.txt/!groovy_log.txt , from your WH3 folder, I can take a look and try to fix it my end and at least "catch" the issues before they cause the game to crash

Well tested disabling Nanu, modlist that worked prior to recent MCT updates doesnt work on either version still. So Im guessing another mod might be in same boat as Nanu. Ima just chill for abit as I stated earlier wait for some other mods to update to the new MCT maybe. Since the list works fine without MCT, just sadly cant do any configuration till whatever other mods update. (And really don't feel like deep diving the 225 mods I have enabled at the moment. Lol)

MCT catching script errors means there is an error - but a lack of MCT catching them doesn't mean your safe, if that makes sense.

@Wuotan Yeh, but doesnt show any errors via script notifications with my current modlist, and modlist works fine without MCT atm. So that's what I'm doing till everyone gets on the same page I guess with the new MCT. xD

Well modlist doesnt work with the new version, and this one for some reason no longer seems to activate when launching the game with it enabled. Modlist worked fine just the other day.

The new one is MP friendly but that just means I finally got that side of the mod working; keeping this one up because it's stable and won't break old saves, but I'm considering it legacy. Once the new version is fully stable I'll be ending support on this version

So if not doing MP, should we still use this one? Will this one still be updated as dlc and updates to the game are made?

Just trying to figure out if I should just move over to the MP one because it will be ok in single player campaigns and receive all of the updates from now on.

Leaving the Legacy version up so as to not destroy ongoing saves and the workshop as a whole, considering the number of breaking changes!

@Cochus - typically it's an issue with other mods' mct settings that end up breaking MCT because my side of the mod assumes there are no issues. Next version has some resolutions, but you can post script logs to see what specifically is going on.

@Ardurions When I'm doubt, listen to the mod author's description that's in bold above: "Do not use during MP campaigns. Here be absolute bug-shaped dragons." The author is working on adding MP functionality, but that is not published to Steam yet.

I think it simply doesn't work, like mods just use default values for everything.
