I understand, seen other mods include options to the settings and figured it would be better to suggest adjustable speed rather than complain the speed needed a full tweak. Loving the work though, noticed vanilla unit regiment sizes were dropped to 20 for all but siege weapons going down to 2, I have to say with the adjustment to levy amounts I assumed the changes to men at arms was to help with balance and to make it more realistic in troop composition as seems far fetched to believe any competent ruler would actually rely on levies being the bulk 50-80% of their ENTIRE military.
I'm afraid that I am not allowed to make it into a rule/setting that can be altered in-game because paradox coded in a "define" file which is loaded once you click the start button.
According to 松岭Songling's suggestions, micro management is almost impossible from their game experience. If you feel the same, I would be happy to tell you the next update would reduce the speed base on their suggestions.
Though a simple solution to make movement speed alterable is not allowed, I will add "developing a mechanic to manage the movement speed" to my road map.
1. AI Vassals may send an offer when their liege at war as long as they are willing to.
It means the war will affect more characters. The kings and emperors will become more powerful viewed outside of the realm.
2. I rearranged modifiers to make the potential of realms irrelevant domain limit of individual rulers within the realm.
In the vanilla game, a ruler with 30 domain limits has about 30 times military potential and costs about 300 times less gold than 30 rulers with 1 domain limit. The gap becomes amendable by combat mechanics/tactical strategy with this mod. The 1. would be nothing but a waste of CPU performance if I didn't have any rearrangement like this.
Since this is a balancing mod, I added no new mechanics. Though the modification is mild, it improves almost every part related to military logic in the game.
