How do I use the mesh based clothing/outfits? like is there a required mod for the said clothing items?

only through the /give command to use them, or if you plan to use it in server with custom map, you can include the ids to the loot spawn tables.

belt and vest models on custom outfits are mine, the third picture is an exception because vest and helmet are from Pento tactical mod, the gun modpack is Nordic Armory 3.0
