As a fellow homebrew hobbyist, I love this mod. I'm (somewhat) patiently waiting for the B42 port, especially since they added barley and hops as crops in vanilla B42. Between this and MoreSmokes, it has made my gameplay that much more immersive.

Is there a way to obtain everything to brew without using debug etc if you add the mod after already starting a long term save?

curious because I may add this as it looks pretty interesting and this save I have a very alcoholic character and I question if there is enough alcohol in knox county easily available unless I can just make it... Assuming I live long enough

Promise it will be updated. I have been trying to get some time to properly organize all of my main mods for transition into B42 without breaking any MP servers who are using the mods as well. I do not have a timeline for that as free time is at a minimum at the moment.

my friend made a carboy pilsner thats done fermenting and i cant even transfer it to any container? am i missing smth?

I'm know many of us are hopping for a B42 Update- but understand it's in the "unstable" - and not offically "stable" per Indie Stone. With how the B42 update messes with many of the differing water, farming and other mechanics that are vital to the mod itself- it will take time to update mods such as this. Be patient, for Ryan's works is always the best to look forward to- just have patience.

Any idea where I can find the Carboys and the Gallon Carboys? I'm struggling to find any, only have the one from a kit I found. Looted several bars and only found 1 kit. Is there no craft for them or am I missing something?

@Mytre put the fermented carboy in the keg, then you need a bottler/can sealer to put it in bottles/cans

Maybe I am missing something but I found some kegs, how do I server a drink from those kegs?

How do you make a wort? I have a brewing kit, a pot of water, and an empty pot. No amount of right clicking or checking the crafting menu shows an option for making a wort. Is there a specific magazine I need to find?

Why do I need a lvl 1 in Brew/Winemaking to bottle? I need lvl 0 to make it but apparently I am too inexperienced to put beer in my bottle

I have been fermenting wine, but I'm not sure where to find a barrel for it, does anyone know where I can find one?

I've spent hours foraging for hops but no luck. Any suggestions? I'm foraging in farmland and vegetation. I have ticked 'add hops to be foragable' in sandbox settings. Foraging spawn rate of hops turned up to 20. Are there specific months they can be found? IRL it seems they are harvested Aug/Sep but I've tried a lot in those months. Thanks :)

i need to say THANK YOU, im studying for the sommelier's certification and i really appreciate this mod, i only want to suggest: instead of "beer's sommelier" u can uses "Cicerone" which is the correct term and also add the traits "bartender", "mixologyst", "Cigar Sommelier", "Sommelier" and "Master Sommelier" (just some ideas Xd) this mod is incredible and everyone need to use it <3333

how do i get first lvl of brewing?

Yeah I'm stumped with how to make the barrels but I think I'm missing a book. Isn't there a wiki or something? Sorry for griping.

Where do you get barrels and kegs? Never seen either.

Hey man! this mod is a lot of fun, just an idea, it would be awesome if you could pour beer directly from a keg into a red plastic cup so I could throw $5 bottomless cup keggers with my homies. Right now we have to pour it into a beer can/bottle and then pour the beer can/bottle into the cup.

do you need to select wineup and the morebrews if you want the 3.0 version?

pilsner and porter worts seem to have disappeared from the list, its now impossible to level up in brewing without them.

Ive found out my problem and its that I did not read a book on how to bottle. I would recommend putting it into the "how to make wine" book in a wine making kit or not requiring it personally? Feels a bit unintuitive that i know what I assume is the harder parts in how to make and ferment wine but not simply pour it into a bottle and place a cork in it, unless there is more to wine bottling than id imagine.

Hello love the mod but am seeming to have a problem. I cannot seem to figure out how to bottle wine? I have a bottle as well as box, cork, and tapped the barrel. I have read the book to learn how to fill a bottle. I have tried filling from the barrel as well as the bottle, box and even cork and cannot seem to get any option to fill it. I have made and filled before with no issue. Am i not understanding something right?

How the hell do I make wort? There is no recipe.

We made some test with my team, some of the homemade beer makes us sick and sometimes we also died in like 15 seconds... No wounds from zombies, clean environnement, no out-of-date food eaten or around us... We even used the "superimmune" trait... We are searching for the reason that could have make us sick/died. I read somewhere that drinking alcohol after taking pills may affect something... How can we make home brewing safe ? Can the can or bottle be infected ? We would love to have some help/answer about it :) thanks
