im trying to play it but it wont let me because i dont have s3&k but i own 3d blast because thats what the mod is for, can you please update it so i can play it

so i have this mod and in the description it says that super sonic is now avalible, but when i got my first chaos emerald, every time i entered a special stage after that, it would just be a extra life at the end. i dont know whats happening so can anyone explain?
