Unfortunately, I could not find any evidence that smaller USN craft carried underwater-welding torches, but I will gladly change my mind if I can find the proper evidence of it.
As to the pump system, I will take your recommendation under advisement, and I will add it in every compartment between the bow 3" ammunition magazine and the stern 40mm ammunition magazine.

Wonderful job, it looks great! I'm glad my 20mm was of some use, though you are also more than welcome to try out my 40mm designs if you like. There is every variant available with and without the shields. Great work again!
