I hate all new total war games. I have not enjoyed any of the thousand+ hours I've put into them.

@AirOregon not to me, at least. I think you mean they stay embedded to a city/settlement instead of automatically embedding to the army if the army leaves the settlement

Agents in shogun are such a pain, cause any time you go to a city with them attached to an army, they will then proceed to detach themselves from the army.

I kinda wish someone makes a mod where any Vanilla Shogun 2 agents can give xp to the armies they are embedded in like FOTS's Foreign Veteran. I can suggest Metsuke for that, or the Ninja.

after the "update" to the game, mods often don't load, you need to do a work around to get mods to load consistantly. Just an FYI

The mod indeed does not work on FOTS, the only mod I ran as well

as said in the description, any mods that affect the difficulty_handicap_effects_tables would nullify this mod. usually that's larger overhaul mods, like darthmod. My suggestion to get this effect is to edit the difficulty_handicap_effects_tables in whatever large mod you're using.
