You have to go to the mission editor. Press F3 on the editor and it leads to there, that way you can also load any missions attributed to that map. For this map there is only one mission called "0".

ive never used editor, ik how to like open maps etc. idk how to like get the mission if it makes sense

Update. I got the localization files working somehow and now the reinforcements have the correct text.

I dunno how to upload the mission localization files in the correct format to make the reinforcements hints have the proper text.
