Is this mod working for the current 6.3 patch?

Does this still work and is it save game compatible? 3 skill points for 1 +15% barrier for Lord of change is sad

Comment bellow is correct, the diplomacy bonus has no observable effect since the effect scope is not set to character_to_faction_unseen. Besides that great mod :)

Are you aware that you set the Control bonus to Local Province? His normal skill in that respect applies to all of his territories. The norscan boost is also local province only but I'm not sure what that actually does. I didn't look over all of it, but I saw those two at least and thought you should know.

When you take a settlement you get Undivided Glory alongside having to dedicate the settlement to one of the gods. It'd be nice to just dedicate it to Undivided with buildings dedicated to making Undivided glory.

I'm not sure what you mean @Child as you gain both undivided glory + glory for the god you dedicate your settlement to. It's just a matter of getting enough settlements to increase the diversity in roster recruitment, but agreed Khorne infantry is always the majority of my army early on as well until I can get some Slaanesh cavalry :P

Do you mean the ability to choose all upgrade buildings regardless of who you dedicate a settlement to?

All we need now is a way to settle a settlement as Undivided (seriously I want to play Undivided with him but the game REALLY WANTS ME to play as Khorne... but if I wanted to play Khorne I would play Skarbrand...)
