This is the mod we need - minor settlement battles are the bane of WH3. Too frequent, too much tower spam from the AI, and too cramped to allow for any functional deployment of units.

This mod doesn't seems to work for me, I've had it installed for now 3/4 days and every minor settlement battle I did always took place in a city and never land, how can I make it work ? I'd really like to fight less minor settlements battle and this mod seemed perfect

Do you know how to change it, to including major settlements as well?

I looked at the mod in PackFileManager
CAI_VARIABLE_MINOR_SETTLEMENT_FIELD_BATTLE_PERCENT

Tried changing it to_MAJOR_ but it does not work, do you
know the correct thing to write?

I would like to second the request for trying it to the garrison building. Investing in the town defences seems like a reasonable requirement to have a proper town-defence battles.
The tier3 suggestion from others would be an improvement but only sets the grind back 20 turns or so.

Please make a mod for tier 3 settlement battles only. tier 1 and 2 should be land battles

Can you make like "tier 3 settlements" are minor settlements only? Cuz this way we will know when its gonna be minor settlements.

I like minor settlement battles but too many get annoying. this is a good compromise.
