Great map with a fun layout. Risk / Reward is good, considering all those zombies in the woods vs a massive payout in guns and industrial loot. Clearing will likely take a few days.
However, there's a number of issues that this map has.
- The big office building near the entrance has a door second floor with nothing behind it so you'll crash down to first floor. Classic looney tunes gag?
- The walkway 3rd floor on the outside of the building has guardrails in visuals only, you can fall down on the sides
- one of the smaller storage/office buildings behind the big factory building has no door to its office / 2nd floor area.
- The medium sized factory in the back of the area has 2 garage doors with solid bricks behind them, making parts of the building inaccessible.
- Not sure why they needed such a big medical building? Injuries from test firings?
- Foraging zone assignment could be better. Asphalt / parking lot areas have none.
Anyway. Great design, just too many bugs for me.

Big bear will be moving more west as far as I've heard But I'll still see what I can do I think I needed those cells for the river/ road either way I've lost the main PNG file for the map but still have the buildings.

If you want to run this with Big Bear Lake , load BBL first.

Cells 20x 26y - 21x 26y on this map are just forest. You want BBL to take priority since it has residential area on those cells.

I would almost suggest OP adds an option to select a version that removes those cells to avoid any load order issues.

Just a tiny mapping mistake/oversight, the eastern of the two little garage/office buildings at the northwest ( around the coords 6267,8377 ) doesn't actually have a door to get into the back office & 2nd floor normally, it's just completely sealed in glass. Kinda funny. So the only way to get in is to bust one of the windows out.

I got Big Bear Lake & Delta Creek Munition map together in my server, noticed the river tail between this and the other one didn't matching, and I'm not sure if it was this map or the other map is misbuilding?

Just FYI: this maps works great with Bear Lake if one just deletes the 20,26 chunk data from this mod. The river will be slightly offset, but both maps are fully useable like this

Do you know if this will be compatible with Fort Rock Ridge? The Fort is closer to riverside than this facility from what the map pic showed but I want to ask. Thanks in adv!

I have killed 5,000 zombies at 1x pop, 1.5x peak and I'm still being swarmed before I even make it to the front gate, let alone what awaits me inside. Please for the love of god take the zombie pop out of the forests, why are there tens of thousands of zombies sitting in a forest around a munition manufacturing facility?

This is awesome for my play throughs. I always wanted a place to get a absurd about of ammo. Either naturally or me spawning in ammo. I like having it because I dont like "crafting" ammo which boring, tedious, and long. It makes sense having a place to go to when you REALLY need to stock up on ammo. It also a nice change of pace as you must travel here to restock. I could be in the corner of the map and finally run out of ammo in stores and stuff and this makes go "ah shit, time for a ammo trip" which is great. I hope this gets updated and improved over time, it's one of my favorite maps. Cheers.

@BreakUrSelf I know what the issue is, but I have no clue on how to fix map loot/distribution tables tbh. On other mod types it's easy (vehicles mainly), but map mods are a different story entirely. You need to have the appropriate software and be familiar with how to use it (I have no idea how to use it).

Just played a bit in ghost mode, ran around the compound. I really like the mod! But as Reits said, there is something fishy with loot destribution. First of all (all loot on normal, ammo on common), found mostly, like 90% of the time vanilla military clothes in the lockers, rest were Britas etc. Garage loot seems fine, except some crates that were either empty or filled with rubber and pencils. As far as ammo goes, for a factory that produces it, it was plenty, but only 1 ammo pack max, different calibres. Lots of crates with ammo, but never seen like 2x 9mm for example, only single packs. Lots of guns and melee weapons. Most of the crates are filled with axes, hammers etc however. Only seen 2 cars spawns for such big place. Lots of zeds, but not several thousands like desscribed below. Awesome map, definatelly could be even better with minor tweaks. Thanks!

@Reits, I had a similar issue, game crashing, randomly. Either on the new start or after several days.

Also, you may have a typo in the distribution table causing the save to crash (Base.380StdClip instead of Base.308StdClip)

I'd like to just say that, utilizing cheat menu to deal with the absolute lag that is the zombie population of this place, and using apocalypse settings (1x pop + 1.5x multiplier over several days), there are tens (not ten, SEVERAL tens) of thousands of zombies in this map (mainly in the forest). Please cut the population if possible. Thanks.

So besides the one building I didn't save after doing the lights in, a hole in the fence and some of the guard rails being backwards any one have anything I should add? I'm working on changing the roads a bit but that has lead me to kinda want to change the layout of the building placements. I cant believe my 2nd ever project zomboid map that I made in about a week has hit 79 k subs. Thank you all for taking the time to Comment!

@Linker Split, yeah you can only add maps to pre-existing worlds if no one has ever loaded that area it wont overwrite. One wway ive found around this is starting a new world in Single player spawn somwhere you know no one lives in on the server "an area that can be reset" then use a mod to teleport to the area the new map is "while having it loaded ofc" and after you make that area load quit the game and just grab the save and overwrite the servers world file. there's better ways to do it theres even programs that you can use to cut certain cells from a map. "not easy to find" just make sure you make a backup of your server world. when I hosted a server for 6 months last year that's how i would reset areas without resetting the whole map.

We are having trouble showing the map ingame. We have many maps for our server, all correctly loading, but this one is a no-no... we added all the info in the server config as we always do, making sure it loads before Muldraugh as well.
Can it be possible that because we added this map while the server was open for several days, that we had scouted that area already, thus now it won't load? Any help would be appreciated

The skybridge attached to the first building to the right of the bridge, had a missing tile meaning you can drop straight through the floor. Otherwise a solid map!

there is a hole in the left fence just up from the river beside the first set of buildings. I have respawn turned off in my single player game if i stand in the same spot on your map i get wave after waves of mobs. Is that respawn or migration happening at an accelerated rate

Maps don't change Respawn time. All i can do is tell the game "Hey this is how many should be here" thats it. Idk man I added this to my server the day and made it and had a single player take it by the next day. Our servers pop was x6 default too. What holes in the fence, I thought I made it go from river to river.

i would agree @ freebird-550 if it weren't for the holes in the fence that allow re spawn to constantly flood the complex. At the very least it would be worth adding a note to it that is intended as group content because it was extremely frustrating even for a very well equipped single player. In the end it is your map and therefore your privilege but a warning may be in order. I got inside got overwhelmed by corpses so i had to install working masks to even operate inside. But there was no way to load the loot since there was re spawn every 10s.

This was meant for people that want a challenge, seeing how the reward is a base with only 1 way into it surrounded by water and including a gas pump on site it seems like a good trade to me. IMO most military bases maps are too easy to clear. This one requires skill or a group.

Unfortunate that the respawn is so high because the actual map looks well done but it is nearly impossible to get inside and once you do you just spend all your time fighting, Great example of a mod that will not get used much because the author ignores the user's respawn settings, 2/5

It isnt so much the pop is high it is the mobs respawn almost instantly so the only approach to the bridge that is viable is road to the S from the farming area. Just fight along the river so it is harder to get flanked

I'm having trouble getting the actual place to show up I can spawn there but the small town isn't there. It's not just your mod its all map mods. Is there something special I have to do to actually get the modded sections of map to pop up?

The zombie population here is ridiculously high. On the very high setting there are thousands of zombies swarming the entrance and bridge alone, which is strange for an ammunitions factory in the middle of nowhere. There are probably more zombies here than the Knoxville checkpoint and Fort Redstone combined. This doesn't make it a fun challenge, but more of a chore tbh.

Bug with the entrance bridge if youre using Aquastar, walking over the grating on the bridge makes you swim in the water underneath

also you can only access the second floor of the retail/commercial (light green on map) building right below it by jumping through a window, there is no door that leads to that room

the industrial building on the northeast corner seems to have broken entrances: once you open the garage doors you're faced with a wall and three door outlines, you can look inside but not actually enter unless you sledge the walls
