You'll need to learn Hammer (Portal 2 Authoring Tools) for this, you can't just use the in-game puzzlemaker awtumnblank. This might help you out, https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Authoring_Tools/SDK_(Portal_2) , and https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Portal_Level_Creation .

If you cannot get the door to open at the end, consider this maybe the cubes need to be on the other buttons.
