Well maybe that Hercules plane, or a Coryet. You can build a radar station into the hangar with how big it is.

Honestly you could make a whole series of planes dedicated to storm tracking. With like, radars and alerts for any type of disaster, maybe deployable buoys for monitoring water, that general thing. For any disaster/emergency escape options, I'd say add an emergency exit that you can parachute out of, or a survival pod that launches from the aft and parachutes to the ground/water safely with like survival gear. That though could be in a different airplane, which could include a cargo hold with that stuff and/or maybe a vehicle. Just throwing out some ideas.
